Angel of Grace

I was able to photograph this little angel just one week after his birth. I have been blessed to photograph each baby born to a girl in the House of Grace here, and this little guy was the last of them for me with our upcoming move. He was a perfect model, and such a beautiful baby! Thanks for allowing me to capture his early days for you. Enjoy the teaser before I get all your proofs posted!

Rebekah and I were testing the lighting setup today for an upcoming session. She is such a little ham... but just so cute, too. Here are a few of her modeling shots...

So we took this one to start, then she wanted to hold the cats...

A Sweet Girl

I photographed this little girl and her family a few weeks ago, but took so many photos (we did both studio and beach sessions!) that it's taken me a long time to get them all posted. Addison is an on-the-go girl, and was very patient with all our photos despite being a bit sick and very, very tired! It was also great to see some old friends and to meet their little one. We had a wonderful visit, and I hope they now have some memories to cherish!

First Blogged Portraits!

I had the opportunity today to photograph tiny Cheyenne and her big brother Chase (along with Mama and Nana!). This little baby has the most beautiful porcelain skin and big blue eyes - her brother's an adorably dimpled, tow-headed toddler who is all boy (and loves M&M's!). It was a pleasure taking photos for this beautiful family. Thank you for allowing me to capture some sweet moments. Here is a sneak peek of your portraits - they will be posted in a gallery soon!

I'm reminded as I figured out the formatting and such to link the blog to my website that my logo has changed... sort of! My very dear friend Courtney is creating a NEW logo for me but it is not ready yet... and we kinda lost the font from the last one when we updated the computer. So, all that to say... the logos you see do not match one another, they are not permanent, so don't worry and I'll fix them asap!

So I Finally Gave In...

...and started a blog. I feel all trendy and stuff. It was time to be searchable and to let people know what I'm doing with my life. And of course to post preview photos of my clients! I am perhaps a little excited... tomorrow I get to post my first blog regarding a session. And keep an eye out for a Fall Photo Special coming up in a few days as I work out the details!
